For residential interior door applications. The load specifications for Anselmi hinges are based

on maximum door weight. For residential interior doors with high frequency use, a third hinge

in the upper third of the door is recommended. The hinge must be positioned 14" below

the upper hinge (center to center). If a third hinge is placed in a different location, e.g. the

center, it does not increase load capacity. To achieve maximum load rating, the frame must

be anchored within 4" above and below the upper hinge. If a door stopper is necessary, it

should be mounted on the wall or on the floor at 75% of the door's width away from the

hinge axis in the direction of the lock.
