A non-yellowing, fast dry, easy sanding primer. Specially formu-
lated for use as a first coat under all M.L. Campbell® pigmented
nitrocellulose, pre-catalyzed and post-catalyzed products. It
exhibits very good adhesion on wood, MDF, particleboard and
other hard boards. WVP has superior moisture resistance and
stain blocking. Sands very well to produce an excellent base coat
with outstanding holdout of topcoats.

White Vinyl Primer (W.V.P.)
Interior, Solvent Borne
A fast drying, two-component (alkyd-amino) formulation. It is a
higher solids product developed to give a higher film thickness
per coat for better build – one coat is all that is needed for most
pre-catalyzed and post-catalyzed topcoats.
