TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
COD fees are $11 per COD shipment. Back-
orders or split orders will incur multiple COD
fees. To avoid COD charges, please consider one
of our electronic payment options.
Refused Orders: The customer will be billed
twice the normal freight charges on refused
orders. For prepaid shipments over $500, the ac-
tual freight from the carrier on both the delivery
and return will be billed to the customer.
7. CREDIT REQUESTS/RETURNED
GOODS
Merchandise may be returned to Charles Mc-
Murray Co. only with prior approval. Restocking
charges will not apply to returns of inventoried
items that are received in their original pack-
aging and in new, saleable condition within
60 days of original ship date. A minimum 20%
restock charge will be incurred on returns out-
side the 60 day window. Additional restocking
charges may apply. Please contact our Custom-
er Service Department with the order (invoice)
number and the reason for the return.
Defective Items: Adjustments will be made in
accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty,
which vary by manufacturer. The customer is
responsible for all freight charges associated
with tool repairs.
Special Order Items: Non-stock and special
order items may only be returned based on the
manufacturer’s terms and policies. The credit
issued will be reduced by the manufacturers
restock fee and all freight costs.
Exclusions: Material cut to length, custom
products, items modified to customer specifica-
tions and quantities beyond the manufacturer's
normal stocking level may not be returned, ex-
cept for manufacturer defect. In addition, obso-
lete, discontinued or closeout items may not be
returned.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
Charles McMurray Co.'s liability is limited to the
value of the manufacturers' warranties. We as-
sume no liability for damage to person or prop-
erty caused by merchandise bought from us
or through us. All specifications and engineer-
ing information have been reproduced for our
customer's convenience only; we do not assume
responsibility for accuracy. We shall not be liable
for any special indirect, incidental or consequen-
tial damages, including (but not limited to) loss
of profits or revenue, loss of use of the goods or
related goods, damage or injury to the person
or property of our customers. The remedies of
our customers set forth herein are exclusive
and our liability on any claim for loss or damage
