All goods sold are products of the manufacturer

or material. The foregoing shall constitute the
exclusive remedy and represents our only obliga-

makes no implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for any particular purpose.

purposes only; they are subject to change and do

50% at time of catalog publication. Prices shown
are based on purchases in full box quantities un-
less specifically noted otherwise. Where broken

California, and Nevada. A properly completed
Certificate of Resale must be on file with Charles
McMurray Co. for a customer to be exempt from
Sales Tax.
All sales are expressly conditioned on customer’s
agreement to the terms and conditions set forth
above.Anyorderor statementof intent topurchase
goods, or any direction to proceed with procure-
ment or shipment of goods, or any acceptance of
or payment for goods shall constitute customer’s
agreement to these terms and conditions. Charles
McMurray Co. hereby gives notice that we object
to any additional or different terms or conditions
set forth incustomer’s purchaseorder or anyother
communication. No additional or different terms
shall apply unless expressly agreed to in writing,
signedby an authorizedofficer of CharlesMcMur-
ray Co. No other representative is authorized to
modify these terms and conditions, or to agree
to any additional or different terms or conditions.
Charles McMurray Co. may unilaterally modify or
amendanyportionof theseTerms andConditions
of Sale at any time without prior written notice.
