DELIVERY/FREIGHT/SHIPPING POLICY

$150. For orders less than $150, a $10 delivery
charge will apply.

tomers’ differentneeds.Weoffer theseservices to
provide our customers with timely, dependable
andcompetitivedeliveryof theirorders.However,
we cannot assume any liability for delivery time.

Our tiered shipping charges are as follows:
Other Freight/Shipping Terms:
Out-of-state shipments
(Any state other than
AZ, CA, NV, or OR) will always be shipped at the
customer’s expense. The freight charge will be
thehigher of the tiered freight chargeaboveor the
carrier's actual freight charge. In addition, there is

Orders shipped from2ndwarehouse:
If a stock
order must be split between two warehouses be-
cause product is unavailable at one warehouse,
tiered freight will be charged based on the total
order.
Drop-ships:
Theactual freightondirect shipments
fromvendorswill bebilled to the customer.
There
is no prepaid level on drop shipments.
These
shipments are subject to the terms andconditions
of the manufacturer.
Special order items:
May not be combined with
stock items to reach prepaid freight levels.
U.S. Postal Shipments:
Our freight charge poli-
cies extend to USPS shipments.
Expediteddeliveryandother special handling
costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HazmatShipments:
Ordersbelowfreightprepaid
that include Hazmat product will be charged a
$40 Hazmat fee. Prepaid orders are not subject to
a Hazmat fee. Not all small package carriers are
licensed to carry hazardous materials; therefore,
we may need to use alternate carriers.
Extraordinary freight carrier charges
such
as residential, change of address, oversized and
long/package/pallets, remote access, lift gate,
re-delivery, boxing, crating or similar fees will
be charged to the customer, including on freight
prepaid shipments over $500.
COD fees
are $11 per COD shipment. Back orders
or split orders will incur multiple COD fees. To
avoid COD charges, please consider one of our
electronic payment options.
RefusedOrders:
Thecustomerwillbebilledtwice
the normal freight charges on refused orders. For
prepaid shipments over $500, the actual freight
