The viscosity, spread and flow characteristics of these cartridges
were specially formulated for use in Holz-Her machines. Dorus
adhesives will not clog or block the application nozzles on the
special glue application head.

Hotmelt Cartridges Hotmelt Pellets
EVA - rubber-based, specially formulated for use in automatic edge-
banding equipment. This premiumgrade hotmelt has beenmodified
with a rubber additive to provide an exceptionally strong and durable
multi-purpose adhesive. Recommended for all straightline edgeband-
ing applications. Its high viscosity, excellent bonding characteristics,
and high heat resistancemake this the ideal all-purpose edgebanding
adhesive. The spread and flow characteristics permit both moderate
and high speed applications to be run without stringing.

DOKS205 High Viscosity
DOKS208 High Viscosity
Multi-purpose, EVA based hotmelt specially formulated for use in
automatic edgebanding equipment. The fast melting properties
and spread and flow characteristics permit both standard and high
feed spreads to be run without stringing. The melting characteris-
tics of this adhesive cause less charring and oxidization in the pot
and therefore result in a cleaner operating hotmelt. KS 208/2 is
economically priced and easy to apply.

DOKS217 Low Viscosity
EVA based, specially formulated for use in automatic edgebanding
equipment. Strongly recommended for use in granular feed or quick
step hotmelt systems. The low viscosity, fast-melting properties,
and easy spread and flow characteristics make it ideally suited for
smaller or older automatic edgebanding equipment. This superior
quality hotmelt shows excellent wetting properties and superior
bonding strength. It should run at moderate to high line speeds
and is formulated not to string.
