A non-yellowing, fast dry, easy sanding primer. Exhibits good
adhesion on wood, MDF, particleboard and other hard boards.
WVP has superior moisture resistance and stain blocking. Sands
well to produce an excellent base coat with outstanding holdout
of topcoats.

Where to Use
Specially formulated for use as a first coat under
all M.L. Campbell® pigmented nitrocellulose,
pre-catalyzed and post-catalyzed products. Can
be used for kitchen cabinets, store fixtures,
interior paneling and trim, furniture and/or any
application where a fast dry primer with excel-
lent moisture resistance and product handling
characteristics is required.
Other Products
When using a catalyzed topcoat, primer can
be catalyzed with 1% Care Catalyst Low VOC
C1491.
Dry Times at 77°F
Dry to Touch: 10 minutes
Sanding Dry: 30 minutes
Handling Dry: 60 minutes

Other Products Use W11219 White Vinyl Primer if a non-yellowing white vinyl primer is required.
