Slow Retarder VOC Exempt

A blend of special slowevaporating solvents. The addition of small
amounts will correct most leveling, flow and blushing problems.
These problems are often the result of poor application condi-
tions, extreme humidity or the use of inferior lacquer thinners.
Also used to maximize the full gloss of high gloss finishes.

Recommended for use with any M.L. Camp-
bell® low VOC solvent based coating to
improve flow and level. A good starting point
is 2%.
